Hey everyone! Happy thanksgiving! I have so much to be thankful for. I wanted to post this today so that tomorrow I can enjoy family.
First... remember to post a starting weight if you haven't already.
Second....here's ur challenge...
1. Enjoy the holiday. Don't stress.
2. From Thursday to next Wednesday evening.....
*drink at least 8 cups water everyday!
*get at least 180 minutes of exercise total for the week.
That's it for week 1. This will allow everyone to get into the routine. For hose of you who havebeen with me befre this will look very familiar to you.
Also..come back here and report successes and failures. Share tips. Check in later to find your team members. I hope to have teams up by Saturday night.0 -
