Instead of chowing down on a pumpkin pie where we all know we can't just have one slice, here is a little replacement that is both filling and only 110 calories per serving.

Calories: 110 Carbs 15g Protein 4g Fat 2g

Ingredients:

1 Low Fat Graham Cracker
5 Tbsp Fat Free Reddi Whip
1 Tbsp Pumpkin Spice Creamer
1 Tsp Cinnamon
2 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Filling

Directions

Spread Pumpkin Pie Filling over Graham Cracker
Drizzle Pumpkin Creamer over the Pumpkin Pie Filling
Add Whipped Topping
Sprinkle Cinnamon over the top

    Here is a Crustless Pumpkin Pie Recipe that is to die for!

    15oz Can Libby's PURE pumpkin (Not the pumpkin pie mix)
    3/4 cup egg white
    3/4 cup heavy cream
    3/4 splenda
    1/2 t salt
    1 t cinnamon
    1 3/4 t pumpkin pie spice

    Mix all ingredients together. Pour into well sprayed pan. Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins. COOL COMPLETELY! (It's best if it can settle in the fridge overnight)

    This pumpkin pie is amazing
