Does anyone have any idea how many calories is in one piece of seaweed salad sushi? It had seaweed salad and white rice inside.
They look like this: http://www.foodnut.com/i/Isobune-Burlingame/Isobune-San-Mateo-Seaweed-Salad-Sushi.jpg
(Don't open that if you're hungry haha they look quite tasty.)
It's getting really hard to log now that it's the holidays and the fact that the calories for what I've eaten isn't coming up with a MFP database search or a google search is making it really tempting to just give up logging, but I'm hanging in there. Damn you holidays.

Have a look on www.su****rain.com.au its lists all the nutritional information for all the sushi they sell, and I know they make one that looks the same as that so all the information will be there.0

Oh I'm looking for how many calories a piece of sushi with the seaweed inside is, not the seaweed itself. Thanks though0

Your website has been censored?0
-
sushi and train end up being a censored word when linked0
-
Hahah oh, thank you for the explanation0
-
yeah, im not sure why that happened. the first word is just sushi. I just had a look at it myself for you though, and it is 330 kj which is about 78.8 calories0
-
I think that's just the seaweed by itself though and not inside sushi?0
-
no it shows the full amount of calories, if you go to the website and click on nutritional value up the top, then scroll to the bottom of the page and it is listed under "ships - seaweed"0
-
No but I think that what is listed is the seaweed by itself and not seaweed salad sushi. So it would just be like this:
http://www.orthogonalthought.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2010/10/dsc_1412_550.jpg
otherwise wouldn't seaweed be listed under "roll"?
Sorry don't mean to stir up any debates haha0 -
haha no thats ok, those kind are just called "ships" at sushi train. Up the top it says "Each amount shown is representing the Kilojoule total PER PLATE for dishes served at Sushi Train." So it would be for everything that is on the plate, which is two pieces including the rice and the seaweed inside and the seaweed wrapped around also.
I might be wrong, but thats just how i work out how many calories i eat when i go there.0 -
Ohhh okay, thanks! Just wanted to make sure we're both thinking of the same thing. so 78.8 calories a piece? Thanks!0
-
Wait no you meant 78.8 calories for two pieces right? Since one plate is two pieces.
Sorry I'm totally brainfarting here0 -
yep, 78.8 for two pieces0
-
Thank you so much.0
