Any sneaky ways to get in extra water?

I'm one of those "avoid drinking water if I can help it" people. Lately I've been drinking about 9 or 10 glasses each day but I find it torturous some days to get it down. Any tips or ideas on ways I can get in water without REALLY sitting there and forcing it down?
Thanks! (:
Thanks! (:

Oceanspray individual drink mixes. Cherry/Lime or Blueberry Lemonade are my two favorites. 1 packet per 20oz of water. 5-10 cal's.0

-The lil crystal light packets you add to water bottles help
-Buy some different teas and bring the tea bags with you to work or use at home....i count that as water
-first thing in the morning I down 2 glasses so I'm not force feeding myself water the rest of the day
-This website shows which fruits and vegetables contain the most water, I don't know if that counts...but i thought id throw it out there

The Strawberry Watermelon Mio is awesome. I actually prefer that over Crystal Light.0

Hi there,
I generally don't like glasses of water, but I can drink heaps from a sipper bottle on my desk at work.
Also, I like sparkling mineral water. It's much more expensive than soft drink (soda), but much better for me.
Cheers,

If you have to force it down, you likely don't need it.0

cucumber slices. In ice water some lime or lemon,..strawberries apples oranges kiwi so good.
Snack on Water enriched veggies too, cucumber, celery, they hydrate you more than 1 glass of water. Plus the minerals, & vitamins0 -
