Weigh/Resistance training suggestions at home?

I gave up my gym membership last year because, well frankly it is too damned expensive in Dubai and we weren't getting there enough to justify the cost with it being quite far away.
So, at home I have a cross trainer, resistance bands and a 2 1/2 kg dumbbells and 4kg dumbbells. I'm on the cross trainer 5 x per week and my legs are getting in great shape as I have the resistance quite high. I'm struggling with my upper body though.
I try to do some weights as often as I can but just don't really know what routines I should be doing to make a difference. I usually do 6 sets of 16 reps side lateral raises, curls and the one where you hold one weight behind your head and lift....cant remember what it's called.
Does anyone know of a good website that can give me decent programmes or suggest any new/different equipment/routines that I should use? Any suggestions will be gratefully received!!!!

Hi
I work out at home, and resistance bands are AWESOME. Here are some links to some sites with ideas of exercises you can do:
http://resistancebandworkouts.com/
http://www.sport-fitness-advisor.com/resistance-band-exercises.html
http://www.menshealth.com/fitness/portable-resistance-band-fitness-routine
And as Snookumss suggests YouTube is your friend
Have fun

Fit TV or exercise TV ... search for them on your digital cable or internet browser I think both are .coms but I don't remember which is better but both are very flexible. GOOD LUCK!0

hard to beat pushups, bench dips and crunches. And, you don't need any equipment.0
