I'm hoping with a community of people putting their heads together I can figure out what this cookie recipe is. If you could help, that would be great!
It's kind of like a haystack, but it's gooey-er and more chocolatey. I'm pretty sure its made with oatmeal. I was told by someone that they are called "moose poops", but the moose poop recipes I've seen online are nothing like it. I'm dying to make these, but have had absolutely no luck figuring out what they are or how to make them. (They are by no means a diet cookie)
Any ideas?

Sounds like No Bake Cookies. There are plenty of No Bake recipes on allrecipes.com but the "traditional" No Bake is oatmeal, cocoa, peanut butter, vanilla, milk and butter. I think there might be a couple other ingredients too. They're one of my favorites!
This is the recipe I use: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/no-bake-cookies-iii/detail.aspx.0 -

Sounds like no bakes...which, btw, are my all time favorite Christmas cookie. Butter, cocoa, sugar, peanut butter, oatmeal. Pure deluciousness. :-)0
