SO, I'm making my list for grocery shopping tonight.

What are the must haves on your shopping list? Low calorie or super nutritional.

    greek yogurt. you can mix the plain with berries and other fruit. my fav is chobani.

    Greek yogurt, black beans and limes are all summer must haves for me. Now that it's cooler, I'm big on sweet potatoes, green beans, shrimp, Cajun seasoning, Hoisin sauce, and chicken broth (I'd rather make my own, but don't always). Also, we can never have enough red, yellow & orange bell peppers in the house.

    Whole Wheat Pasta on occasion

    Mushrooms

    Apples

    Milk (or Almond Milk)
    Almonds
    Natural Peanutbutter
    Cottage Cheese
    Tuna
    Wasa Crackers
    Whole Grain Bread (Ezekial is generally a go to brand)
    Rice


    That's a pretty reasonable list, though it can get pricy depending on season.

    I'm with JustJoshin, except my versions are all GF and dairy free. Can make it tough and no salt added - (hubby has hypertension).
