Thursday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Power Knees

Let's see if we can do 150 of them.

The goal is a TOTAL OF 150 using one or both legs. Since it is turkey and some of you will be busy today I am setting this challenge at half of what it normally is. Happy Thanksgiving y'all!!


You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

    I've never done those and was not expecting the needed breaks every 20 (or ten) steps/knees/reps?

    i got in 120 i forgot to do the last set of 30 before i went to bed.
