I currently excerise (varies from 60 - 90 mins of running) at night time (around 7-9) and lately it has been raining alot! Damn Weather!
I try to go 5 out of 7 days a night but because of the weather im thinking of changing to day times but to be honest i woke up at 5am to do it only to fall back to sleep! lol
But im just wondering when does everyone find it best to excercise?
Also if you do run in the morning how soon after waking up???

I don't think it really matters when you exercise.
I am a night owl and refuse to wake up to go workout. Sorry, but I like to stay up late and sleep late. So, getting up early to workout? Well, it isn't happening. lol. I always workout later at night (heck, I'm known to be at the gym at midnight or later).
Workout when it is convenient for you.0 -
Exercise whenever it feels best for you.0

Evening! I go to the gym after work from 6-8pm and if I can't sleep, I work out more during the night at home, lol. Evenings are just less hectic than the mornings are.0

For preference, mid morning - 9.30-11 ish.0

I use exercise DVDs in the morning before work and also do some evening exercise classes (6-7 or 8-9). I think it just depends what suits your routine!0

First thing in the morning. Not by choice though, I am a very busy person.0

Usually sometimes between 2.30 and 5pm
I get up at 4.30am just to get to work on time, so I ain't exercising in the morning, and I'm not doing it at night, either. I need to sleep! I finish work at 2pm to be home when the kids get in from school, so I have the whole later afternoon to get done what I need to get done.0 -
I prefer mornings myself, it really starts my day off right. Also, it's quieter and brighter than night time:)0

I change it up day to day, sometimes morning, sometimes evenings usually around 6 o'clock, sometimes both. I like doing it better in the morning good way to kickstart your day, but it can be a pain in the *kitten* to get up too early. It feels good to get it out of the way early. I try to get in an hour a day, 6 days a week.0

Agreed... what ever time works for you! I HATE working out in the morning (and I am a morning person) unless I know I can get in a nap mid-day. If not, I am zapped. My favorite time is 4 or 5 PM but will do it as late as 7 PM without disrupting my sleep schedule0

On my days off I like to exercise in the morning to start my day. When I work, I go workout in the afternoon.0
-
About to go out now, 22:25 Uk time, I guess it's just whenever you can find time0
-
4 30 am...gym opens...no crowd yet...of course that means being in bed by 830 the night before0

I get up to workout at 6 am before my kids get up.0

I always excerise in the evening after work sometime between 7-9pm0

Morning. Then it's done and out of the way. No excuse not to do it and apparently it's the best time to workout as well.0

A little of both. Days off I love a brisk morning walk.
Work days has to be in the late afternoon usually right after work.0 -
Whenever it is convenient. Usually that isn't morning, but sometimes it is. Really it makes no difference except that for some people if they workout near bed time they have a hard time sleeping.0

my classes are 8:30 pm
on weekends i prefer mornings but it is tricky, eating enough so i don't feel faint, and little enough to keep from feeling nauseated.0 -
Whenever it fits in best for me ...each day varies0

I have set times to swim and play netball, but my other exercise is just when it fits in. I used to get up early every morning, but that hasn't happened this week, so I've eaten less.0

I work out usually between 8 and 10PM. To be honest working out is the highlight of my otherwise very stressful days, so I like to save it for the end of the day in order to have something to look forward to.0

I used to work out in the evenings then I realized that Cardio in the morning and weights in the evening was giving me optimum results. So now a days I do cardio in the mornings and weights 2/week in the evening!0

Late evening. I am up early for work, and usually stay at work late. Hah, guess I like my job too much eh? That, and... I always feel weak running/exercising in the wee hours of the morning. I need some protein in ma belleh before I feel I can take on a good burn. Plus, coming home exhausted isn't so bad for a good nights rest either!0

I prefer to excercise in the morning, it helps me stay on track with food, knowing that ive excercised all morning and i dont wsnt it to go to waste0
-
I usually exercise in the evenings. Except on weekends, I'll go in the morning because I'm usually not home in the evenings.0
-
After work at 5pm. (if i go home first ill sit down and not get back up!!)0
-
I find it best first thing in the AM. If I put it off, I end up skipping for the day!0
-
I do 12.5hr shifts 6-6.30 but I have to catch the bus to work at 5
I work on a blast crew, it's hot dirty and usually reasonablly physical if the work doesn't knot your socks down the heat and the sun certainly do on day shifts and night shifts just plan wreck me for that reason I like to get up earlier to do my exercise before work.
I usually bail on after work exercise, there's only one person who I exercise after work for & that's my work mate Siân cause she does exercises out side her usual times for me & we usually do the hill behind our camp (my photo) or the 6km bush track0 -
with two kids under four i workout whenever i can, either when they're at playschool (mid-morning) before hubby goes to work on late shift (7am) or when hubby gets home on earlies (6-8pm) I havent found anything that works better for me, getting up early is hard, working out at the days end is hard lol!0
