calories in almonds

Why does this site list the calories of 1 oz of almonds as 300+ when they're only 160-ish (per the can AND fitday)?

    maybe certain brands are. you can enter your own or choose a different one on the list

    I worry about the fat grams even thou its so much healthier to eat nuts

    Somebody entered it wrong in the database. You can correct it. I always look for food that has alot of confirmations.

    theres 7 calories per almond if that helps at all;)

    7 cals per almond is super useful..thx! I decided to use the calories on the side of the can...easy peasy and saved a lot of calories! Off to Bush Gardens...wooo!
