Today's challenge is: Arm curls
Let's see if we can do 200 of them, 100 per arm
You can use anything you want as weights.
You have until midnight to get them done.
You can do them all at once or break them into smaller groups.
If you can't do them all then do what you can. The important thing is that you try to do them.
Make sure you stretch and have fun doing them.
Report back when you are done and let us know how you did.

My challenges are open to anyone and you can log them as calisthenics. Also, you can modify them if you need to for medical reasons but the basic form must stay the same. In other words if we are doing a leg challenge you can't do that exercise for some reason try to make sure your alternate exercise works the legs in some way.

I wasn't sure if I was able to do this challenge but I did!!! I had to use 5lb weights but I did exactly 200!0

Done! I used 20 pounds weights. I've checked your challenges daily but always either forget to do it or convince myself that I can't do it. I'm challenging myself to do all of your challenges for the next week.0

Anything we want as a weight? Does a telephone receiver count? I work in a call center for a retail chain and because of black Friday the phone as rang non stop. I bet I have curled the phone receiver at least 400 times tonight.0

It's 11:45 pm on Friday. I just saw this challenge and I'm going go try to do it within 15, well now 13 min.0

Just did 200, 100 per arm! Met the mini challenge in 7 min using 5 pd weights! It's not 20, but it hurt ALOT!0

I got mine done using 20 pound weights.
I did 202 of them. Great job y'all!!0
