I ate 1867, burned 1378 doing strength training, running, and a bunch of walking around town. I didn't weigh today though.... maybe Monday.0

I have eaten apples and tonight pork.. think my total so far is around 800cals.. dont worry im gonna eat more. I plan on a big long walk this afternoon. And today i have just been sitting on my butt at work occasionally getting up after being beckoned by a customer.0

Ate 1376, had Tilipia for dinner - it's one of my favorites. Had to work, started Insanity, ran a mile. Still have over 600 calories to eat. I'm 144 lbs (weighed in on 11.25)0

Yayy I'd love to talk about my day. Drank borscht and caramel brulee latte (a bit too sweet for me), and black friday shopped for seven hours straight in the state's biggest mall. Bought a white V-neck, a nude tank top, pearl bracelets, a cube necklace, cowl-necked sweater, black jeggings, a knit beret, a nulon bag, and two victoria secret bras; all for $64 or so. saved a load of moolah.0

I want black Friday shopping too. But i went to 5 different places & walked for staight 3 hours ! It was exhausting0

I weighed 109. Baked banana bread, scrapbooked some gift card holders for gift cards I'm giving for Christmas, did Supreme 90 workout then played Kinect Black Eyed Peas game with my daughter, and went out for pizza for a friend's birthday this evening.0

I'm 192lbs -- I played hockey for 50 minutes. Other then that, I haven't done a whole lot today. My husband was watching the Grey Cup today so errm, I've indulged substantially food wise. I'm sitting around 2150 calories today. It was worth it.
Pancake/Syrup for breakfast
French Onion Soup/4 Chicken Wings for lunch
1/2 Sausage, 6oz of Rib Steak, Mashed Potatoes, Rice and Carrots for dinner
Veggie Straws, Mini Oh Henry and Chocolate Macaroons for various snacks...0 -
Drank a Mother.
Ate some crackers and a can of Tuna + 2 Xantraxs. . All up it was around 600 cals so far.
Haven't even done dinner yet.
Will be going to the gym after work so that should even some of this mess out.
I'm uncomfortable with saying how much i weigh even though I'm sure I shouldn't being in here (i cant even tell my boyfriend).
And I haven't really done anything today cause I'm at work and sit on a computer for 8 hours a day.
Actually I walked around the block at lunch time.0
