How many calories is considered too low for a teen girl that's 5'5 and average-thin?
I know this is opinion and factors come in but I'm worried

    Below 1200 net is too low is what the experts say when losing weight.

    I use http://calorieneedscalculator.com/ or just MFP

    Plug your information into the MFP guided goals section. If you are looking to lose weight, select the 1lb/week option. That would be your lowest. It is different for everyone.
