I'm not at my home until Saturday night, so I'm using my weight before I flew out for Thanksgiving, 139.8. Yesterday, I ran for 10 minutes at a 5.0 pace, which is faster and double the time I've ran before! (I'm doing the C25K program )0 -

Sure does. I would count shopping (that means walking for hours as excercise, why not!!??). Sometimes it can become very aggressive exercise too. I bet you burned lots of cals.0 -

The captain checks on members who aren't posting weigh ins...and should be the person to whom questions are directed. I am trying my best to keep up, but these people will help me tremendously!
