    Stealing Laura 's format easier that way:

    11/24- 0 minutes exercise, 8c H2O, over calories way over I guess no logging on vacay!!
    11/25-45 minutes exercise, 8c H2O, over cals again, still no logging will be good tomorrow I shud say more good

    So first beach run for me today and it was so awesome. Can't believe I exercised on vacay. Never did that before. Did Tausha announced groups yet!! Hope I haven't missed it.     I'm not at my home until Saturday night, so I'm using my weight before I flew out for Thanksgiving, 139.8. Yesterday, I ran for 10 minutes at a 5.0 pace, which is faster and double the time I've ran before! (I'm doing the C25K program )

    Sorry I didnt get my weight posted sooner. I am usually on the spot with it. My internet wasnt working THursday and forgot to post yesterday.

    My thursday weigh in was 198.6

    Sure does. I would count shopping (that means walking for hours as excercise, why not!!??). Sometimes it can become very aggressive exercise too. I bet you burned lots of cals.

    Sorry they are a day behind, but this group is larger than I even thought at first. I'm really excited that all of you are joining.


    A little side note.....

    I have assigned CAPTAINS.....if you don't want to be captain, let me know and I will assign someone new.

    The captain checks on members who aren't posting weigh ins...and should be the person to whom questions are directed. I am trying my best to keep up, but these people will help me tremendously!
