It's really noisy, so for early AM shakes, and Pre-Bed Shakes it sucks, but other than that I think it does a great job grinding whole cows. (Grass fed beef + Strawberry Whey ftw!)0

No idea why but after reading your post it reminded me of a scene in *kitten* where Steve-O ate a bunch of stuff and vomited into a pan making it his omelet.0 -
