    CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR LOSS OF 75 POUNDS!! You look amazing. I am new here but I have logged on each day since I began. I used to hand write my food journals. My daughter found this MFP app for my phone and now I am accountable for all that goes in my mouth. I dont take a day off... I dont let anybody else talk me into eating something I dont want to eat. I have been exercising daily and regaining muscle strength. Your pictures of your progress are so wonderful. Keep doing what your doing! YOU LOOK GREAT!
