Lordy Lordy... I've lost Forty!!!

After a week of no loss, I upped my calories one day and then the next two I dropped them down and worked out hard. This morning the scale showed the results. I was down 3 lbs from last week.

I hit the 40 lb loss mark!!!!

Yay me!

    Great Job!!!

    I find sometimes that if I eat a little extra and then drop back down I do lose. Maybe it just shocks the system a little, lets it know we're not trying to starve it.

    Hah, you both have a jubilee - Vicky's 40 and Ben's 50! Hooray for both! :drinker: I jumped from 39 to 43 lost last week, so didn't quite notice my 40 but heck every new milestone is so much sweeter than the previous one, isn't it! :heart:

    Here's an updated picture of Ben and I. My daughter just took it minutes ago. Ben is down 50lbs and I am down 40 from the other picture. I don't see a huge difference in me....but I sure see it in Ben

    It is very difficult for anyone to see changes in themselves. I can see changes in you between the two pictures. You are dong a great job!!! :drinker:
