Hello all,
One of the things many people looking ofr weight loss (or general "toning" up) struggle with is piecing together meals that are low in calories yet packed full of nutrients. Not to mention the ordeal of making food that is normally bland and healthy taste great without damaging the nutritional value of its contents. I have found a neat little website with 20 meal suggestions all coming in below 300 calories, recipes, cooking instructions and nutritional contents. Best of all you can make each meal in under 30 mins!
Give the link a go and try to incorporate at least 3 different meals in too your meals this week.

Hmm, the link didn't work for me.... It took me to their site, but it says the page I'm looking for can't be found. I will browse and see if I can find it.0

Just taken a look at the site and yes there are some great meals, the measurements though are all in "mL" Does that mean ml? which I thought was liquid, or do they mean mg? A bit baffled am I......0

Yup, mL is milliliters, ie ml liquid. 1 liter is usually 1 kg (like water or stock)
Great site, thx for sharing.0 -
