Will someone please look at my diary and Help me figure out what to do to healthily reach my calorie goal?

    Eat more calorie dense foods. Nuts, cheese - stuff like that.

    It looks like you need to add protein to your diet. if you are not vegetarian, try adding 5oz fish/lean meat to your lunch and dinner. If you are vegetarian, then try adding tofu and protein shakes.

    You're eating FAR too few calories!!!!
    You should be MINIMUM 1200 calories.
    Eat more and reap the benefits!
    When your body gets too few calories in a day it goes into starvation mode and everything that goes in your mouth gets converted to fat.
  • Brown rice can help bring you up to your calorie goal or sandwiches. You really are not eating enough. But looks like you are eating the right things

    You're really not getting enough protein. I've not seen any meat in your diet so I guess you're vegetarian. You can add a lot of protein to your diet by eating eggs, greek yoghurt, cottage cheese, beans and lentils.
