Runmeter for walks & bike rides
Nike Training Club for great workouts
Edit to add: all of the above were free0 -

Runkeeper - I think it's 9.99 in iTunes - has a GPS that keeps your mileage during a run or walk. It's basically the best app I've paid for yet.0

Runkeeper. Free on android!0

Another vote for Runkeeper. I'm not a runner but I use it to track walks, bike rides, skiing, etc. Contrary to what someone said above, it's a free app.0

I have a circuit timer, it wasn't free but it was cheap. You can program which exercises you want to do and it keeps track of time and lets you know when to start/stop0
-
I want to know more too!0

Anyone know if Runkeeper will work on an Iphone that no longer has service? I have wifi at home, but it basically works as an ITouch, but with GPS....
In other words, does runkeeper require an internet connection to run while being used or can I use it to monitor my run and then come home and 'log' it?0 -
I like the "daily cardio" iPhone app so far; I got it for days when I can't go to the gym. It's a cardio circuit training thing. It's free and has a .99 upgrade for more exercises.0

Not sure I understand why Runkeeper would *need* Internet to keep track of GPS? I mean, I understand that I would not be seeing any map data WHILE I was running, but GPS data being captured would not need an internet connection, right? That's why I ask if Runkeeper is able to work without an internet connection, because I know that it *should* be possible, depending upon how the app was written....0 -
I use RunKeeper and Endomondo but I prefer Endomondo
But Runkeeper DOES track elevation.0 -

But Runkeeper DOES track elevation.
The free version on android? Mine doesn't... hmmm, maybe I'm missing an update??? *runs to check*0 -
I am loving C25K!0

iMapMyWalk
will track elevation
maps your path
tracks time, mph, estimated calories burnt
works in the background if you listen to iTunes
GymBuddy
tracks your strength training
keeps stats on sets, reps and weight0 -

Yeah, that's what I have. I'm not sure if you can see that feature from the app, but it's definitely there if you login through the website.0 -

5k runner is a free c25k one that is good. a couple of glitches i noticed but nothing that interferes.
and i like 100 push ups. i think there is also 100 squats and 100 lunges. not sure.0 -
Runkeeper - for tracking my runs and calories burned on other gym equipment
Gym Buddy - For tracking my reps and timing weight-workouts
Nike Training Club - For indoor exercises when I can't leave the house. (Love this one)
MFP - Obviously, for food choices when out and calorie counting.0 -
Other then MFP, I've been using "Couch to 5k" to try to get back into running. I just finished week 3, day 1, and I can already feel the difference in my running skills.0

Yes. Do it, try it out and see! It's really great.0 -
My favorite is Nike Training App...totally free and it will WORK YOU OUT....you don't need any equipment but it does incorporate things like handweights and medicine balls if you have them...you can also listen to your itunes while running it - I set mine up on my speaker dock and go to town0
-
i use jefit to log my strength training, HIIT Interval Timer and Runkeeper oh and of course MFP lol
I love them all and use them all a lot. Runkeeper does log elevation, it shows it as a bar chart thingy on the app0 -
I found GAIN fitness free for my Ipod Touch. Love it!0
