20 lbs down...Before & current pics

So I started around June. Its been slow and steady but I know thats the best way to keep it off. Had a small surgery on Tuesday so I can't really workout for two weeks. I never thought I would be upset about not being able to exercise LOL.
Hope to not gain over the next few weeks and hope this will keep me motivated! This is my first time posting so hope this works.
P.S. I'm 5'6 Started at 178.4 Current 158.0 Goal 150 (then re-evaluate) Maybe 140ish with muscle/toned

Thanks everyone. I started doing 30 DS at lunch. So I would do it 5 days a week and then try to do a little something on the weekends. It probably took me a little more than the 30 days. I lost the first 10 lbs and about 18 inches doing that. Afterwards I did Slim n 6 but the results were not as fast for me. Now I am switching it up with more Jillian. UGH!!! Ripped in 30/Killer buns & thighs/Six week six pack. So we will see what results I get. I feel like I have lost some muscle in my back etc. so its back to hating Jillian! LOL0
