Before 237lbs, now 174lbs. The second picture is a slight fish eye (makes me look a little thinner than I should be) but it's not too pronounced. Last 30lbs to go!

Favorite thread so far! I just started a couple of weeks ago, and have lost 3ish pounds. I haven't taken a before picture yet - and my "during" picture won't be too impressive. YET. Slow and steady for me, but there WILL be a change. You have all provided uber-effective motivation! Thank you!! Will post pictures when you can see the changes.0

squats, deadlifts, bench, overhead press, pullups & rows. ab wheel rollouts. (the difference between the second and third pic was that I started lifting heavy instead of just bw exercises)
Create calorie deficit through diet & exercise.
1g/lb of BW protein & .4g of BW fat minimum.
Be consistent!
