Hey all -
My mom, "annamwood" is looking to build her MFP community for support and encouragement. She is an on again - off again user that is striving to achieve consistency in diet and exercise. She lives alone with my dad on the east coast and does not have a huge support system. She is a stress eater and has a hard time exercising without a buddy.
I've recently made friends on MFP and it has changed my life. I want the same for her. Thanks to all of you!

I sent a friend request!!!! Along with the msg that I used MFP before and didn't reach out to people and quickly fell off the wagon. This time around I've tried to surround myself with positive upbeat folks to help keep me accountable. Makes a world of difference!!!!!!!!0
