I found out about 2 weeks ago I'm pregnant, I've had 2 others one ended in a miscarriage. This one is still in te early stages I'm about 5-7 weeks along, but already struggling with eating right and exercising.Morning sickness has kicked in but as soon as it subsides I go crazy and eat everything in sight...i also don't have much energy so its hard to get motivated to exercise. I gained 45 pounds during my first pregnancy. I had lost 70ish pounds and had about a 5 pound gain before finding out I was pregnant, and don't want to gain all that back! From what I've seen I should only gain between 15-25 pounds, but I'm already up 7 and up a pant size also:( I know if I would exercise it would probably come back off. Anyways I was just wondering if there was anyone else out there going through the samethings and wanted to be friends and maybe keep me in check!

I was 17st when I found out I was pregnant with the triplets (they were unplanned) and I had a terrible fear that I would lose them but with swimming everyday and eating right and taking it easy I managed to carry them to 31 weeks and they are all well and healthy. You can be heavy and have a healthy pregnancy so don't panic too much. You just need to make sure that you have a sympathetic doctor who understands that you are trying to be healthy and try and move as much as you feel able. I actually lost weight during my pregnancy and 10 weeks post partum I weighed 15st, of course I only went and put it all back on again. Duh!

I'm obviously not pregnant myself, but my wife is and she had two miscarriages as well. Beat advice I can give is to stick with it and it will all work out in the end. Best of luck!!!
