Favourite exercise?

I'd have to say my favourite exercises changes everyday depending what mood I'm in, but I always enjoy taking dance classes at the gym because you're having so much fun you don't even realize you're really exercising!!!!
I also love the feeling I get after cardio, but I love the results I get from strength training even more!

Martial Arts! Currently I take Taekwondo, but we dabble in jiu jitsu and other self defense oriented techniques. It's a great burn AND you learn how to defend your self! :)

Walking. It's free, it's aerobic if you move at a good pace and you can do it just about anywhere.

I have a lot of favorite activities...but I wouldn't call them exercise. My favorite exercise is what I call the Power Clean (some call it clean & jerk)

You take a 45 lb Bar. Put it on the floor. Squat down. And in one motion jerk the bar up and lift it over your head. I start every workout with it. It works everything, legs, core, arms & shoulders. After I do 4 sets of that I'm drenched with sweat, my HR is cranking, and the rest of the work out seems easy.
