My first BIG milestone, with pictures

Hiya MFPers,

I haven't been under 200 pounds since 2004, and have spent most of my time since then in the 220-230 area. I started MFP-ing in September at 226 pounds, with a goal of getting under 190. I'm still a bit shy of that, but I cracked the 200-pound barrier today, so I thought I'd share some pictures, taken every four weeks. My apologies to the faint of heart (or weak of stomach) for the shirtless ones. ;)

So no, I'm not quite yet where I wanna be (I eventually wanna be in the 185-190 area), but feel pretty good about getting back under 200. I'm posting these now because, truly...if I can do this, anyone can. It took a long time for me to get off my rump and make this happen, so if anyone out there is wondering if they can be successful, trust me...you can be.
