This literally came out of my oven 10 minutes ago. I made it into 3 loaves and already 1/2 of a loaf is gone! My family loved it!!!

Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour (I used regular whole wheat flour)
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed (or more, to taste)
1T baking powder
3/4 t salt
1/2 t cinnamon
1 1/2 cups mashed ripe bananas (about 3 large)
1 cup skim milk (I used 1/2 cup buttermilk and 1/2 cup milk)
3/4 cup creamy natural peanut butter w/ salt
1 t vanilla extract
1/4 cup egg substitute (or 1 egg)
100g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate, chopped into small chunks (I used 1/2 of a bakers baking semi sweet bar)
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease two 9×5 inch loaf pans (or muffin tins).
2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. In a medium bowl, combine mashed bananas, milk, peanut butter, vanilla and egg.
3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mixture and stir just until combined. Mix in the chocolate chips.
4. Split evenly between the two pans and bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Let the loaves cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then remove from the pan and let them cool completely. Even better the next day. Yield: 2 loaves.

    Thanks for posting your recipe!
I think I will modify (I'm gluten intolerant) with almond milk, vanilla stevia, GF flour and PB2. Cant wait to see the calorie count on that! ;)

You could take that bread, roll it in dog poo and I'd still be drooling. Dark chocolate and peanut butter were meant to be together.

I'm GF also so I didn't eat any this time but I will try making it GF myself! Let me know how it turns out!! I thought about using oat flour instead of whole wheat flour.

I never comment on recipes, but this looks REALLY delicious!

Question, did you still use 9x5 pans and get three loaves? Or did you use smaller pans and still use 1/2" slice as a serving?

yep, will give this a go. I normally sub some of the flour out for protein powder & add some ffgy or applce sauce to keep it moist. Seeing as how it also has mashed bananas in it, it should be fine though. I'll post my modded recipe & macros later.
