Only an even 70 miles running this month due to a week off with shin splints, and a ton of walking miles also that I didn't keep track of.

I ran 213 miles in November

I'm well on track to break 2,400 for the year (which is always a good sign for me = healthy & training consistently )

Holy freakin' crap ... I wanted a medal for my little 'ole 100 miles I logged this month. I think that's the most I've gone in a month since my marathon training in 2009.

I usually run ~ 8 miles in the mornings during the week and then somewhere between 15 - 20 for my weekly long run (depending on what race I'm ramping up for)

Wow! Just added mine up for the first time ever and it's 70.8 running (Bridge to 10K plus a 5K every week). I have stunned myself but am bowing down with respect to the rest of you!

Only 38.4 miles here. My lowest total since last December.

Unless something crazy pops up in december, I should be able to squeeze in the mileage I need to hit 1000 for the year. (58 more miles)

35 miles of running, 20 miles of walking. Back on board after an injury and ramping up the miles.

Hmmm that's where I'm almost at..... I'm doing 7 miles 3x a week now and am planning to increase my long runs to 12 or more based on how well I do on my 10 mile run ton (did 9.4 mile last week).... did you experience injury at all damping up to that mileage?

67 miles for me this month. Lower than normal because I got a membership to the gym and have started swimming laps in preparation for a triathalon in June. It was also nice enough this month that I squeezed in a couple 12 mile bike rides. Yay for a warmer than normal Minnesota November.

I've been running this kind of mileage for a long time. I've fought my share of injuries over the years as well. With 24 marathons under my belt, I've come to "know myself as a runner" pretty well. I know when I need to rest and I know when I can push it.

Bottom line, don't be in too big a hurry to increase your mileage, just let it happen. I ran half marathons for a couple years before I decided I was ready to train for a marathon.

Yeesh.....a whopping 26 miles. The wheels fell off a bit. This time last year I was having PF issues.....my only excuse now is being a slacker.

    November's totals:
    Bike: 20h 32m 50s - 327.65 Mi
    Run: 18h 30m 48s - 110.97 Mi
    Swim: 3h 07m - 9617.85 Yd

My best running month. Not so much on the bike or swim as I was too much of a wimp to swim in the cold and I ended up riding the trainer a few weeks so those miles are off as well.

I have never done over 200 WOW :smokin: : that is SUPER - Not even in my running college days!

75 miles, for me - had to stay off my feet a bit, at the beginning of the month, BUT second half felt really good! I hoping for a 100 in December, maybe more! and I am hoping to improve on my race time. The cold weather will make it more challenging though, but I am determined
