Okay, I am in College and live in a dorm room so it is hard for me to coke what I want. I would love to afford 100 calorie packs but at the moment cannot spend the 4 bucks to get packs of 6 (that is how much they are at the local grocery store)....I am craving chocolate like crazy....any ideas???

I love the Luna Protein bars in the cookie dough flavor. They taste like a candy bar and are full of protein.0

You can buy regular-sized treats (bag of cookies, whatever you want) and put them in individual ziplock baggies that are 100-cals or one serving.
Sugar free hot cocoa is low calorie and easy to stash in your dorm room.0 -
SF chocolate or fit real chocolate into your diary. Trader Joes has a truffle milk bar that is 45 calories for a very good sized piece. Fiber One brownies are also 8-9 to a box or something like that, and they always have coupons for them in the Sunday paper. You can probably even wait until the local grocery store has them on sale and get them even cheaper.0

Just eat a portion of whatever you want. Half a Hershey bar isn't awful if you really, really want chocolate.0

I like chocolate covered protein bars of various kinds, pudding, minimal covered nuts, anything with lower ratio of carbs and sugar to protein and fat, than the other alternatives out there. Also, having healthy fats with it helps me. I am a big fan of chocolate coconut milk, and other treats of this kind with healthy fats, like coconut ice cream bars. When I get higher less balanced sugar loads, lower in fats and proteins, I get an increase in cravings, so I limit the number of days per week I allow that. Oh, just gotta have milk chocolate and fudge once in a while, just to be real. Works for me, good luck to you.0

1 banana, 1 shot espresso, 2 teaspoons baking cocoa, 1 c skim milk, blender.
I call that breakfast. Feels like a glorious, decadent milkshake. 300 kcal, two cups of coffee worth of caffeine and keeps you full until lunch.0 -
Oups sorry I didn't read that you can't really cook :ohwell:0
