Log 30 day shred?

Hi,
I downlaoded level one of the 30 day shred and I did the 30 min workout.I just don't know how I should log it.
Anyone any advice on it?

Looked for advice on this earlier and seems lots log as circuit training. I logged it as 18 minutes to be safe (3 x 6 min circuits) excluding the warm up and cool down.0

one of my friends logs her work out programs like that as aerobics, general and puts how many minutes0

most people log it as circuit training 20 minutes.... i made my own entry 30DS 26 min (includes warm up and cool down) and use my HRM0

I did the 30d shred level 1 yesterday using my hrm. I compared my calorie burn with the mfp circuit training entry and it was pretty accurate only less than 10 cals off.
