    November's totals:
    Bike: 20h 32m 50s - 327.65 Mi
    Run: 18h 30m 48s - 110.97 Mi
    Swim: 3h 07m - 9617.85 Yd

My best running month. Not so much on the bike or swim as I was too much of a wimp to swim in the cold and I ended up riding the trainer a few weeks so those miles are off as well.

I have never done over 200 WOW :smokin: : that is SUPER - Not even in my running college days!

75 miles, for me - had to stay off my feet a bit, at the beginning of the month, BUT second half felt really good! I hoping for a 100 in December, maybe more! and I am hoping to improve on my race time. The cold weather will make it more challenging though, but I am determined

89 miles which is quite low for me as well. Missed several runs this month due to life, ie, sick kids, TaeKwon Do test, deer hunting, etc.

December will be a better month. :)

Hmmm. 50 miles. I've been spinning twice a week, which doesn't count, and I was sick for a week.

Missed several runs this month due to deer hunting,
December will be a better month. :)

This and the clock change were my reasons for missing so many runs :)
