Workout Routine?

I'm trying to set up a gym schedule, a strict-ish one to adhere too. I'd like to work out five to six times a week. But when planning I'm trying to pinpoint which days I should work such-and-such body parts. This is where I'm having trouble. I have a few problem areas I'd like to focus on, but I'm confused on how often I should work on a specific body part. Trying to factor in a day of rest and still see results. The problem areas are Arms, Back, and Stomach. I know that time is a variable as well, how long.. so feel free to suggest times. I'm generally at the gym for 2 hours a day. Each day would include about an 45min of cardio in addition to the "Focus" area..

This is what I have so far.... Format is as follows..

AM Activity - Day of Week - PM Activity - Focus

Yoga - Monday - Gym - Upper Body

Yoga - Tuesday - Gym - Lower Body (Possibly day of rest as would only have 30 to 45minutes of free time.)

Yoga - Wednesday - Swimming - Laps

Yoga - Thrusday - Gym- Core

Yoga - Friday - Kickboxing (Cardio) (Or Regular Gym? Or rest?)

Rest - Saturday - Zumba (Cardio)

Rest - Sunday - Rest
