How many calories do you eat?

I work out and lift weights. I've been at the same weight for a year now. My calorie in take was 1600. I've moved it down to no more then 1200.

    right now i net around 1550, but im thinking about upping it.

    I try and stay between 2300-2500 net calories a day.

    1200 - 1400. I usually stay around 1300 or under.

    Base level before adjusting for activity is 1200, but I absolutely do adjust it for workouts and try to hit very close to the target.

    When I work out enough, I find that I can actually stand in front of the refrigerator at the end of the day trying to find something worth 300 calories to round out my intake. Gotta love that!

    1300-1400 net. 5'4", lightly active, workout 5-6x a week, 15 pounds to go!

    Goal is 1500. Been really struggling lately, and eating more like 1800-2000 with a physically active job :(

    myb target is 1500, but I am trying to stick to between 1300 - 1400.
