first official day

so today is my first offical day.
im really excited because i have been wanting to shed the weight, and i think this is a positive step :) only problem is, does anyone know the best way to 'burn calories' and i have no idea what is considered cardiovascular training >.<


anyway im looking forward to this!

also, how do you even make friends on this?
hahah. i see that people have friends... but are they random people, new that you meet?

    Hi Girl, You are in the right place...
    cardio activities you can try:
    speed walking, running, biking, elipitical, jumping rope, aerobics, spin class, fitness DVDs, swimming

    all my friends are new people i met that are simular situations to me (weight loss plan ect)
