    You are a ROCKSTAR!!! I'm just starting but this won't be the first time I've lost weight. I have lost over 40 twice only to put it back on plus more :( 3rd time is the charm right?

    This isn't my first time at the rodeo either :wink: I lost 60 lbs my first time but they all came back and brought 40 of their friends! I'm hoping second time is a charm for me, and I think that with MFP I'll be able to maintain this time.

    Stick to it & stay motivated and success is almost guaranteed! MFP is an amazing tool and has been the key to all of this for me, take advantage of all it has to offer. Best of luck on your journey!
