Give me strength as I face the annual holiday gorgeathon potluck- setup literally right outside my office. Looking it over for healthy choices.

Good luck! For my office's Thanksgiving potluck, I brought in a healthy option for myself. I was also appreciative that some people brought fruit trays, so I was still able to eat a plate and not go too crazy.0

We will be having ours soon......Eat what you wish IN MODERATION, if you can. Its great to enjoy a little treat now and then, just make sure you dont go overboard. If you do, work harder to burn it off. Stay strong, it's not an eating competition....0

There were lots of fruit, vegetable and salad choices along with white meat roasted turkey. I ate a nice plate, logged it all and didn't go overboard but did do my quarter-mile walk (all I can do without pain right now) afterwards. Whew! First real hurdle since I started this journey.0

Hope you tried my famous chopped salad - all veggies with a fat free dressing!:laugh:0
