Went from 271lbs. to 175 lbs. Now gaining muscle and gone from 175lbs to ~180lbs. Trying to get to 200lbs in lean(er) condition. I'm 5'8"

30 day shred, from day 1 to today, day 7.
I've been trying SO hard to get motivation to do the 30 day shred again.. I did it once for almost two weeks and felt so good, but haven't been able to actually DO it again.. but now, after seeing your pictures from only doing it for ONE week.. It's totally inspired me!
It's def. worth it. Just remember though not everyone has the same outcome in level 1, I have never done strength training till this work out, and could possibly be why I saw such noticeable results.0 -
