-Low-cal Gatorade (tastes way better than Powerade zero, I think!)
-Advil and sometimes Tums
-LOTS of water!!0 -
gatorade, water, carbs and greasy food. ...such choices explain why I need to lose weight, haha. B12 vitamins as well.0

Vita Coco coconut water all the way. Seriously, best thing ever. I am a fan of the original flavor, but according to my friends that's just weird. They have other great flavors like peach & mango, fruit punch, etc. They have less sugar than sports drinks and more potassium than a banana. I can vouch for having hangovers and then drinking one of these before going out for a run and felt fine. I love my coconut water!0

Either menudo or a shot of tequila.0

coconut water..interesting? Ive actually never tried it0

Trying to drink tons of water before you go to sleep will help minimize hangover symptoms immensely!0

Mine is not to drink often... works wonders!0

If I drink one glass of water before bed (while VERY intoxicated), I never have a hangover. This has worked every time. I wake up in the middle of the night to pee, I'm usually still intoxicated, but I don't wake up the next day with not even the slightest tingling of a hangover.0

Tons of ice water, then a fountain Diet Dr. Pepper, then yummy food!0

Since Ive been watching what I eat, I drink WAYYY less than I used to, cos I dont want to undo all my hard work!0

Coconut water for the win! When i studied abroad in Brazil this past spring, this was ALL I drank to get rid of a hangover- Brazilians love it- and it worked every time! it's so far the ONLY thing I've been able to find that works.0

this is my advice...and, Fastbelly, I have that same watch and can only WISH it showed those numbers for me! Way to go!0 -

I don't drink often, partially because I don't want to spend the calories on alcohol, but also because I have zero self control when it comes to drinking.
So when the demon does rear its ugly head, usually a vitamin water and tofu scramble is in order0 -
Lots of water, or sometimes I'll buy a DETOX from the local drug store!! A McDonalds BIG MAC helps my hangovers too, sad...I know!! lol0
-
Lots of water and a slice or two from Domino's. Horrible for dieting, but I let it slide since it doesn't happen very often.0
-
B complex, folic acid, 3 ibuprofen...It's never failed me (unless you forget to take it before you go to bed)
Peace :flowerforyou:0 -

I had a friend tell me about its wonders before and I didn't believe them until I started drinking them. I would definitely recommend trying a few of the different flavors. My personal favorite brand is Vita Coco. I've tried others but they just don't taste as good to me.0 -
pinnapple juice, and a burger, and sleep!!0
-
All-day breakfast at Morrisons. UK people...you know what I mean0

Keep drinking, :drinker:0

I agree, heaps of water before bed and something greasy for breakfast!0
-
A beer, McDonalds and Excederin for breakfast, followed by a nap.0
-
Fluids and a greasy fry-up! Yes! I have friends that swear by the power of Lucozade and shortbread fingers. That is to say the separate power of those - not combined, although that might not be unpleasant either.0
-
Sweetened iced tea and a greasy hamburger...that was in college anyway...I don't really get hangovers anymore because I don't drink that much anymore!0
-
Its all about preventing one, so because of that i use the Bytox Hangover Prevention remedy, its a trans-dermal patch i put in before I consume alcohol. have been using Bytox for one month now and have not had one hangover.0

I drink a LOT of water and some tylenol before going to sleep.0

I learned this a long time ago as well! A big glass of water and some ibuprofen before I pass out works wonders!0
