See how many sets of this you can get through! I managed 5 in 49 mins and was wiped out.

the entire Insanity workout can be done at home, no weights required. and they are anything but boring. Well worth the investment and have gotten the heart rate up more than any gym I have been in...

Go for a run, do some abs, or have a one man (woman) dance party.

    Bodyweight circuits or metcon.

But you could just suck it up and put a dvd on. I'm sure you could find some variations on the exercises on there, or mix up the order to spice things up

Check out Shape.com. They let you make your own workout, and put it together so you can watch it and exercise with it online.

There are a lot of videos online. On hulu there are some Jillian Michaels mini workouts that are pretty good [if you do the leg one you may not want to walk for the next 2 days though. Ow. Ow. Ow]

Other members have posted about it, but bodyrock.tv is AMAZING. There are ways to do the workouts without the equipment they use in the videos and the entire website is great!

    http://www.military.com/military-fitness-slideshows/spartacus-workout.html

I find the routine to the link above to be pretty intense and absolutely something you can do at home in a circut training sequence. It's pretty intense and works for everybody. Do it right and it's extremely exhausting. I've never been able to run through it more than once and it suggest three times before completing. YOU WILL SWEAT!

It's called the "Spartacus Workout Routine" google it if the link doesn't work. this routine was actually featured in Mens Health durring the Original Starz Series "Spartacus - Blood and Sand". like I said this is a routine that can apply to both genders.
