this app is great so far have on my laptop,tablet, and phone. Love the scanner, makes it so easy. Just found the list of exercises, got wife to join also (finally).

Hi I am new also. Just starting and giving it a try. I have knee troubles so working out isn't the best option for me. So keep looking for ideas. Hope this website will help keep me motivated:)0

Try swimming - its really good limbering exercise, burns a lot of calories, and doesn't tear up knees or hips, and burns a lot of calories! Alternatively water aerobics is nearly as good.0
