Wow!!! I am amazed that I dropped 4.0 pounds this week! I guess my "gain" last week was just sodium? Either way I will take it!!! I have exceeded my final challenge goal weight. Hoping I can blow it out of the water before it is all said and done -- hoping to exceed it by 7 to 10 pounds! Three weeks left to go!!!0 -
Okay, I think my attitude has been adjusted. Lost 2.3 this week. Here's lacing up my shoes for another two pounds next week (forget crossing my fingers!)

:noway: In shock. I loss 1.3kg (2.8lbs) Not sure how that happened as I felt I had a crap week. Maybe the scales are playing up. I really do not feel thinner and did not expect to see a loss of any sort but it is encouraging to keep going.
