98lb / 7 stone gone !

I wanted to share my story - hoping that others can take comfort that it can be done. I have lost 98lb and gone from a UK 26 to a 16. It started at 305lb and with my daughter coming home and saying that I was the fattest Mammy in her class - I love her for this so much now :) It was innocently meant - just a fact! So I started to exercise on my own, finaly joining a gym starting with gym time and taking a boxercise class. I now train seriously 5 times a week. I tackled my diet in earnest in july and have been higher protein for a while now. Right here for the photo's - please god this works!

    Oh I forgot to say i am 207lb now - and the things i am grateful for :
    I am fit.
    I can run the stairs
    I fit in the bath - not fit the bath
    I can see my bits! (sorry if your of delicate disposition)
    I don't find food in my bra
    I can wear an underwire
    I can touch (and see) my toes

    Things I love but hate:
    nothing fits
    I can't afford new clothes
    my knickers fall down!
    I can't wear my wedding ring

    Well done you look so good massive change around your face x This is what I'd like to lose weight around my face oh and everywhere else lol.

    Way to go! Wow! We started in nearly the same place and have made nearly the same progress! You are my Weight Loss Twin! And now I know what a stone is, ha ha! Funny how the US and UK speak the same language - almost!
