I have a child who is allergic to nuts. Can someone post this with a subsitute and amount. I am not good at figuring out that stuff. What would you think about soy butter?

This DOES sound heavenly! Questions on serving size, though. You made three loaves? Out of a mix w/ only 2.5 c. of flour? This would probably fit in one 9 x 5 pan, right? Serving analysis is for 36 slices???? At most, I can only get about 14 slices out of a standard loaf pan. Could you clarify your pan size and serving size? Thanks!

I used one 9 x 5" pan and 2 smaller ones (I don't know the exact dimensions). It figured out to about 30 servings from what I made. (10 slices a loaf)

I think you could use another type of nut butter like soy butter instead of the peanut butter. I would just sub for the same amount, 3/4 cup.

Sunflower butter would be a tasty alternative. Trader Joe's sells a great sunflower butter.

This loaf is THICK! I had to just keep adding water so my mixer could get through it. I would say that is the PB! You cou use more splenda if you want as I don't have a real sweet tooth & prefer the natural flavours.

    Banana/pb/choc protein loaf 15 serves 125cals 9P/12C/4F

    150g ww flour
    80g casein
    200g banana
    100g peanut butter
    1tbspn cocoa
    1 egg
    2 whites
    1/2 cup skim milk
    baking power
    2tspn splenda
    100ml yoghurt

    Bake at 180c for 30mins

Will not be making again soon. Too addictive :P

Or I'll do it without the pb to lower the cals. Devoured 1200cals worth of this stuff yesterday haha.
