If you are logging in a greek chicken salad for lunch...

would you assume it includes the dressing or I will need to add the dressing seperately? I'm just choosing Generic Greek Chicken salad as a choice. I'm assuming it knows it included feta cheese and two or so olives.

    I wouldn't trust a generic. I would log in the ingredients myself.

    When I log in any kind of salad I put in the ingredients in 1 by 1 including dressing.

    I always log things individually so that it's more accurate, right down to the olive, lettuce leaf, M&M, etc, lol.

    I totally agree, i hold myself accountable for every morsel that goes into my mouth right down to the smallest ingredients
