I started NROLW 2 weeks ago. I'm working at finding challenging weights for the lifts, but I find my hands sometimes give out before the target muscles do.
Do I do my best and let my hands strengthen and catch up, or will I need to invest in straps?
Thanks for any suggestions/opinions!

Personally I prefer chalk over straps. The straps take away from the muscle strain in the hands, wrists, and forearms, which are virtually essential for every weight baring exercise. In my opinion, it's not wise to promote a potential strength deficiency in one muscle group while enhancing another.
On the contrary, this is coming solely from a male perspective. YMMV.0 -
its good to let your grip get stronger. i only use straps when i work traps0
