So today will be my 2cd day of logging. I went over by 59 calories yesterday and I may go over a little tonite. I will try not to go over anymore in the future and plan ahead more. Will going over just a few calories make me unsucessful at this??

No! 59 calories is not worth worrying about too much, you will still have been well under your maintenance calories. If you're really concerned, aim for a similar amount under another day or go for a 5-10 minute walk, but I wouldn't worry about it.

59 calories isn't enough to mess you up, you'll be fine!

Not at all. When you stop worrying about the calories and stop trying to hit your target, then you're in trouble. =)

Nope, I go over everyday and I still lost weight. MFP just makes you aware of what you are eating so that way you don't over eat.

Remember that exercise and nutrition calories are really just estimates. Unless you wear a heart rate monitor and weigh everything you eat it is going to vary anyway. I'd be so lucky to get within 60 calories!!
