    lets see. I did Upper body this morning. First pyramid set I used 15# and did 30 reps; Second pyramid set Squat Bicep curls using 20# and did 30 reps; So I am at 60 reps. Still 140 to do. I'm in. Perhaps I will lower my weights slightly to get the reps in though.

    I'll try when I get home! When I do arm curls normally, I do 30 reps, 20 in a semi-squat with a flat back, and 10 standing. We'll see how many I can do in a squat if I alternate....!

    half gallon of milk didn't seem like it weighted much until i hit 75 :) LOL

    Done...Did curls in my workout this morning, 15 reps x 3 sets with heavier weights (12 lbs) and just completed 100 each arm with 5 lbs and now I'm feeling it. Thanks for the motivation with the mini challenge!
  • Done! 6 lb resistance band, 50 reps x 4 (2 per arm, alternating arms between sets.) The last 10 or so per set I would hold, sustain for a long 5 count, then release,

    i have never done arm curls before what weight do you suggest I use? HELP!!!!:happy:

    Start with canned vegetables.

    did mine, 5# free weight..5 sets of 20 .. each arm. Thanks StarGeezer for reminding me, cuz,...I forgot.:noway:

    320 static arm curls as follows:
    200 in 4 sets of 25 reps @ 3 lb. weights
    120 in 4 sets of 30 reps @ 6 lb. weights

    I also added this to my workout here under strength training. WoooooT!

    I got mine done. I did 202 with 20 pound weights.

    Y'all did great, keep up the awesome work!!
