I saw this on a show called The Chew

2-egg whites
1 cup-almond milk
1 Tb-agave
1/2 tsp-vanilla
Bourbon or Brandy (just a splash)
Nutmeg for garnish

Blend in blender, blend until thick & creamy

I used Fat free milk and no bourbon or brandy
calories 190
