New and not sure....

Just started using mfp for tracking and am not used to the lower calories...feeling hungry and craving a snack. I still have 200 calories left but it's almost 9pm, not sure if I should go ahead and eat them or just leave it??

Add me as a friend, could use some support!

    If your hungry your body is telling you to fuel it. Have a little snack, there are lots things to eat. Look at other peoples food diary's and you can get a wealth of information that will help you so much. Stay within your calorie range, but try and also eat those calories so you won't feel so hungry. Remember, this is not a diet, it is a life style change, you can do this, hang tight, stay focused, each time you decide not to eat something bad for you, and you know what that is ...you will make a hugh dent in that lifestyle change your going for.

    Feel free to add me as a friend, and others that are committed to stay with it. I have another 50 lbs to lose, but I will be staying here for the long haul for yrs. to come.
